Note To Self

Dear Self,

You are almost 30 years old. For crying out loud, don't you know you can't sit down for "just a minute" when the alarm clock goes off at dawn? Sheesh.

That is all.

I Mean Really,
Carolynn

Gotta get you an alarm clock that has two alarms. I set them for about 7 minutes apart. That way when I snooze the first the second scares the bejeebers outta me.

That's just the pits!!!! It seems that when it happens to me that everyone else is walking like a turtle and I am running at warp speed. In addition, on those days, shoes aren't where they are supposed to be, keys and cellphone have moved to the opposite side of the house, and your heart is racing like a rabbits. Hope your days settles down. Love ya. SLC

Ohhh, I did this same thing this morning. Set my alarm to run and it went off and thought, "I will get up in two minutes" I woke up 30 minutes later in a panic.

Or at 9 of the a.m. when you've been up four times with restless kids.

I set my clocks for ealier than it is and then set my alarm for the time I normally get up and it tricks me but after I run all around I realize I have a few minutes to breathe.

You'll laugh at this someday... ;-)

I'm having to remind myself not to rest my eyes at a stoplight.
